Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy / Store Credits / Gift Cards

1. Coldcut does not refund in cash.
2. Store credits will be given for cancellations according to the following:
   • More than 7 days from date of booked session – 100%
   • Less than 7 days but at least 3 days before booked session – 50%
   • Less than 3 days from booked session – 0%
3. Store credits must be used within 30 days from the date the refund is approved.
4. Store credits will be forfeited if there have expired.
5. Gift cards have a validity period of 90 days.
6. Gift cards will be forfeited if they have expired.
7. Store credits and gift cards are non-transferable and non-replaceable.
